    I eat every 3 hours and a half.

    3- Dallas

    I have to agree with you on that bro. Everyone's metabolism works differently and certain foods take much longer to digest.

    I love to eat - consequently the more meals I can fit In the day the better. Usually start at 5am and every 2-3 hours thereafter up until 8 or 9pm

    It depends. On working days I eat every 2,5 or 3 hours and get in 6-7 meals. But when I have a day off I eat less.
