    The post-workout anabolic window..... used to sell a lot of snake oil since 1990.

    I believe the most important meals are the one preceding the actual workout. If you believe your body WAIT for your shake or next meal after the workout to start recovery, I have a bridge in San francisco you might be interested in. The body instinct is much more intelligent than this.

    One thing is for certain... Phil Heath's clavicles are much narrower than the post-workout anabolic window.

    Science! However, one must keep in mind the studies were done on non-enhanced lifters. That's a major variable that might change everything.
