Casein is the only protein powder I want, the rest is solid food.

Even if Joe Weider sold useless supplements that gave diarrhea to generation of bodybuilders, he's still a legend and cannot be considered a scammer

Casein is the only one that makes sense to me. Why wouldn't you want a protein to digest slowly, especially if you're using it in the morning, between meals, or at night?

Does it really make a difference if you have 25g of Whey vs 25g of Casein?

I think total number of grams per day far outweighs the importance of digestion of a protein.

I don't see people calculating the breakdown times for foods like egg whites, chicken, turkey etc.

Only ever whey vs casein. Completely over thought IMO and something that is not worth worrying about because in a lifetime no human would ever notice a difference gram for gram on WPC vs WPI vs casein vs MPI etc etc.

Too much worrying about absorption time and not enough about other factors that matter more.
