Oh, the irony in what Dorian prescribes for calves, compared to the calf training article linked in the text!

    LOL

Dorian is not currently with MD, so I would not bother posting questions for him here.

I like that he came from a very working class background and got away from it all. the rest is History. He really did make it through hard work and sweat. I posted the video because i think there is a side to him that is very open and searches for new things. I do not know about what he took but as a kid i took the so called Magic Mushrooms,(called that in the UK) really was an experience. Anyway a very cool guy indeed.

I think he only said that for good measure, not to be specific.

on the subject of seated calf raises, i worked in a Gym that had no standing calf raise machine or smith machine. The seated calf machine was a Hammer strength one like most kit was. I actually got good results just from seated raises and one legged standing calf raises. Most people are weak in seated calf raises. They think standing works it all but not true. Also on this subject when did you ever work your tibialis anterior? is this important too?

working the front is also important. I also train in martial arts so i feel movements when i raise my toes and such. The old school bodybuilders worked the tibialis anterior too.
