Looks to me like the athletes got abandoned to a large degree and then had to think for themselves and didn't have the knowledge for how to beat the test(s) anymore.

You can say that about any country. To be elite, 9 times out of 10 you are willing to push the boundaries. It's not about how many top athletes are using, it is about who slips up, and gets caught. Doping is widespread and mainstream.

If that were true, then no stone would ever be thrown.

Hey you prick, if you were half the "journalist" you claimed to be, you would've known that the story broke over a month ago. But no, you just show up here, acting like you're the greatest thing since sliced bread, calling people dickhead's for accurately citing how late (and fucking lame) you actually are.

Hmmm, it looks like a lot of sports officials take this , steroid and PED use pretty serious .
Maybe my views on ending flagrant drug use in sports , isn't so crazy or impossible.

I continue to be amazed that hardcore bodybuilders think EVERYONE wants steroids in sports.
FYI, outside of the meathead lobby, the worldwide sports industry thinks it's cheating and wants it gone.

    You make a valid point.

Hmmm, I was able to buy an MLB "extra innings " package and can see every game in real time on Direct TV.
I guess the IFBB pro show package isn't available in my viewing area?

Shawn, just beacuase USA today wrote an article about this subject does not make it new. This shit has been going on all over the news here in sweden about russias olympic team and other sports the whole damn spring.

If USA today made an article about the titanic sinking... it would not be NEW news.

I heard this on the radio today.

Hilarious, the Rusky secret service and government covering up/snatching positive results and replacing them with negative ones.

I think there's gonna be some spare athlete apartments at Rio come Olympics time.

How did they honestly think they would get away with it? Someone always squeals.

    In Russia, drugs take you!

This will do almost irreversible damage to the Olympic movement and the idea of clean sport. Combine this with other widespread doping scandals like the Tour De France, Maria Sharapova, multiple failures from high profile track athletes like Gay, Powell and Gatlin not to mention the other scandals that have been in the news related to Spanish, and Kenyan Doctors or American coaches and to the casual observer how can anyone have any faith that these athletes are clean? The educated bodybuilder has known for years that PEDs have been used in sports, now the general public have become wide to it as well.
