    I agree with it all, but I suggest a steak (with fiber) directly before bed, as it takes longer to digest. Why have whey protein digesting for 30ish minutes while you sleep when you could have 3-4 hours of protein absorbing into your bloodstream? :-) Great article - I think the not eating before bedtime epidemic needs to stop. So many people are surprised that I eat right before sleeping and have an eight-pack :-)
