    What's up guys.

    I have been selected to log and review the GH releasing product MK677 from Sarm Search.

    As agreed to, I will not be adding or changing anything supplement wise besides for this product in order to provide a clean review.

    Painting a window to my philosophies:

    Currently two months post bodybuilding show. Trying to add mass with the least amount of fat gain possible. I am training heavy and hard, utilizing intensity techniques as needed and focusing on progressive overload.

    Diet wise, I am eating a ton. Here is a normal training day for me:

    Meal 1
    4 whole eggs
    230g egg whites
    30g protein powder
    2 Ezekiel English muffins

    Meal 2
    8oz chicken (cooked measure)
    4 slices Ezekiel toast
    20g nut butter

    Meal 3 (pre workout)
    8oz chicken (cooked measure)
    80g rice (raw measure)

    Intra
    2 scoops intra md

    Meal 4 (post workout)
    10oz tuna
    100g rice (raw measure)

    Meal 5
    8oz chicken (cooked measure)
    60g rice (raw measure)
    10g red Palm oil

    Meal 6
    8oz 93/7 ground beef (cooked measure)
    60g rice (raw measure)

    Received the product on Monday and started it. I am doing 25mg daily, split 12.5mg AM and 12.5mg PM

    Starting weight for this log on Monday is 254.4

    Not much to report yet this day. Here was my workout

    7/11/16 Chest (all out)

    Flat Barbell Press - 315/6, 340/6, 365/6, 385/3, 315/8, 315/5 (last two sets were with pausing bar a couple inches above chest)

    Incline Dumbbell Press - 120/12, 120/9, 120/9 ds 60/12 (paused reps with 60)

    Seated Cable Fly - 4 sets of 30 doing 10 incline, 10 flat, 10 decline

    Dips - bw/10 for 2 sets focusing on stretch, BW/8 for 2 sets with full ROM

    Incline Dumbbell Fly (on preacher) - 35/10 for 2 sets

    Tuesday was my second day. Didn't notice anything special sleep wise yet. Throughout the day Tuesday, I did notice some increased hunger and gastric motility.

    Tuesday's workout

    7/12/16 Back (all out)

    Barbell Rows - 315/8, 365/8, 385/5, 295/12

    Old School Rows (wide v) - 4-45/12, 5-45/12, 6-45/8 ds 4-45/8 ds 2-45/12

    Neutral Grip Pull-ups - BW/6, BW/5, BW/5, BW/4

    Close Supinated MAG Pulldown - 175/10, 190/10, 205/8, 220/5&5 forced

    Wide Neutral Seated Cable Row - 2 sets to failure where failure is when you can't get a 100% full ROM

    Hypers - 2 sets of red mini band ds BW to failure. 2 sets of BW to failure

    D good diet. You always weigh your rice raw? I like to weigh it cooked.

    Thanks man. Me too! Mk677 tends to be an awesome addition so I am excited to see how it treats me.

    Yessir. That way I am eating the same amount every time no matter how I cooked it

    I hear you. I have a rice maker that i use. Amazing thing and so easy, just turn on and go about your business lol.

    and thanks, I am actually surprised at it. I figured I would be a tub of lard by now. However I am starting to teeter on the line of more fat gain vs. muscle gain so I have really been backing off calories on my off days.

    Ill tell you what, this is overall the biggest and leanest I have ever been.....and I feel it lol. I dont know how the hell these guys who are like 5.7-5.8 get up to 270-280 and function!!!
