    Justin discusses his plans for 2017 , but in the mean time he has been killing his off-season. He is currently weighing 297lbs and during the taping of this video broke his own personal record for T-Bar Rows of 9 Plates. The 2nd half of the video Justin tells us his history in bodybuilding and how he went from an undersized 15 year old to a 297lbs bodybuilder with his masters in physics. We also discuss his passion for other sports like Strongman and Powerlifting and how he could have taken a different route with his fitness direction. Finally we discuss his client Luke Sandoe who one his procard and what the experience of working with him was like.

    That was a cool vid and I enjoyed listening to a fellow Justin tell his story.

    I still remember watching Justin and Steve Kuclo in their DC training DVD. I still have it lying around somewhere. Glad that he's back, I was kinda sad to see him go away from the sport.
