    I've experimented for a few years with TRT levels. And I've managed to either bulk up or lean out on the same dosage. Which got me thinking that Diet, training, cardio selection, and food types matter! The culprit isn't always adding more test or some exotic pharmaceutical.

    Now I wasn't able to break side walks with the build but it was decently notable. I found that TRT level test is for keeping on and maintain steady growth ( at a slow rate) but the Biggest notable factor was conditioning.

    The sweat spot for test is where your body starts to burn fat and maintain a steady condition with a decent diet and intense workouts. ( for some reason I haven't been able to hit the gym as often as I used to, but I suspect it's due to my intensity increasing and needing more time to recover, I can't chill at home like in my 20's. So I make sure I'm eating properly and getting as much rest as I can. )
