    I hope his shoulder issues resolve soon and aren't too serious.

    He just flat benched 500lbs for 8 reps, pretty damn strict. I can't imagine his shoulder issues are all that serious, even if slightly annoying.

    It's more of an alignment issue than an injury. So some days like days after pressing 5 plates lol it's unstable feeling... this was just one of those days. Other days after my
    Doc shoves it back in place it's good, till I go and screw it up again as he says lol.
