    For real holy shit. Im going to try those, slowly of course haha. I love his take on bulking up. I never got why you would put so much fat on just to take it off. I get eating to put some extra muscle on and not restricting cals but to put so much wasted weight on seems silly. Ive decided im never going above 180 again. At 180 i have abs and i have lots of veins still. I like that, any heavier im fat.
