That first exercise he is doing looks great for shoulders and traps - never seen anything exactly like that.

Interesting delt workout. I also found Hester's back workouts to be helpful to me in learning how to engage my back muscles more in the movements. I definitely learned how to train more effectively just by watching closely how Danny trains and applying his techniques in my own training. Awesome stuff.

I made a try and did not feel OK, I'll try again to see if I can fit the technique.

It's an odd one - like a seated shrug/row, putting the db's on top of your hip bones - I just want to see if I can figure it out.

I trained back with Danny once around 95 or so in Pasadena, CA. Even then he was doing odd exercises, at least odd to me. Part of the workout was hang clean/presses for the traps.

A GREAT ROLE MODEL FOR KIDS TO LOOK UP TO.
A white Toney Freeman would have 10 Olympias. If I could look like anyone I'd want to look like a prime Toney Freeman

He is 48 years old this year and looks 35, if that. Known him for 26 years and never once saw him anything close to out of shape - always lean and athletic looking.
