    Awesome! Great interview.

Can't help but think ONE of the reasons Lee decided to retire after 8 must have been the sight of Dorian. Nonetheless Lee is class all the way

That was exactly what you'd think you would get from Lee. Total professional.

Now that you have a webcam made in the past 6-12 months, much more clear, which means we can now see this mess.

great interview..agree with Haney that now guys only train each bodypart 1 time per week when they should be training each 2-3 times per week if your under age of 30..
this theory that it is counter productive is bullshit and most guys have no clue how to train who are in there 20's..

This really made me think. I'm 30... lately, the whole time I've been training all I've really tried to pay attention to is "don't overtrain"... Dorian style... 45-60 mins intense then get out the gym and rest, 4-5 training sessions per week.

When I first started, and without super-sups, man I was training every day just smashing it.

I'm gonna start experimenting with more frequency for sure.

For the record on the tech side, the original webcam was the one that came with the HP Pavilion 23 I got in early 2016. Little did I know how bad it was - 1MP.

My home office isn't pretty, it's functional - and I bet I do a whole hell of a lot more in mine than those 2 guys do, no offense. Literally thousands of articles have been written in here.

Great job Ron Harris on the Lee Haney interview. While Ronnie Coleman may be the G.O.A.T perhaps Lee Haney had the best Torso Bodybuilding ever saw,and whats better than a nice friendly humble guy with eight Sandows to spend some time talking to.Just a thought but perhaps also maybe give some thought to having an MD Muscular Development Banner made up that could be unrolled and dropped down in your home office as a back drop covering entire back ground view like after a sporting event during post event press conference thus making your home office a good rep for MD as well ? Just a thought.Of course if what is to be portrayed is that interviewer is like all of us and just one of the gym guys maybe home office background views better suit that.Keep it rolling Ron,will look forward to next Ron Report...
