    This article is reactive. How about proactive articles for people to read earlier in their lives, like "how not to break your metabolism"

    Alternate day fasting is not needed, 12 hour to 16 hour fasts is enough. And keep your fats proteins and carbs in the diet the whole time...

    16 hour fasts are better to get a lot of health improvements. 12 is already good tough, 16 is better . 16 isn't even that hard. The only problem is not to overeat during that first meal after the fast.
