The article is so full of good bro myths that just are not true nor worth discussing.

Im not saying I totally disagree with you but you cant really make that statement and not give some reason or evidence to back that up.

I have to commend Ron Harris on this good article.

I may disagree with some points, but the average rat will get a lot out of this article.

You seem to forget that many of the 'bro myths' have been proven to be effective for many thousands of bb's, while the things proven in many scientific studies have little or no practical application. Look at Ian McCarthy - bashes 'bro science' left and right, yet for all his superior nutritional science, is still built like a 9-year-old Vietnamese girl.

Did Ron give evidence to back up 1.5 g/lbs. protein, taking free form BCAA/Leucine on top of already copious amount of protein and making your life OCD misery preparing and eating 7 meals a day?

Btw ... It is pure hypocrisy when someone who inject "science" for years says I don't give a f*ck what science say.

And I never said I don't care what science says, only that a lot of study findings have no practical application in the real world, for real bodybuilders. Remember all those studies that said this exercise or eating this, or not eating that, would spike GH or test levels? Yet none of the studies showed any link to that and gaining muscle tissue. All I care about is what works, bottom line.

To my knowledge, there are no long-term studies to look at what nutrition strategies are most effective for gaining muscle mass.
