    Goon can pull just about any amount of weight - seen him do db rows with 150 x 20 many times, rack deads with 7 plates

    I can't do laying leg curls.
    Injures me for some reason.
    I have to do them standing.

    It's one of those things if you see it you have to use it. Those classic Arnold pics prompted me to get one as a kid. I would hang in my room watch wrestingly and curl on Saturday mornings

    My gym has a arm blaster.

    Leg extensions into walking lunges
    3 sets

    Sissy squats
    One set for 18 with body weight

    Done nothing left in the tank. The leg press 28's brutal

    Not 100% sure, it keeps the front delts from assisting with the movement, making the curls strict.
