If someone needs 400 mg of caffeine to train 45 minutes should be pretty fucked.

if the choice was 400mg of caffeine for a minimal performance boost then crash 2 hours later with headache or 40mg of dbol for maximum performance boost with maybe a headache from increased blood pressure and somewhat higher liver enzymes then my choice is the dbol.. i'm sorry coffee and stim lovers

I enjoy my pre workouts. Usually only about 200mg however.
Just ordered one that has right around 400mg though, interested to give it a shot. Everyone has an opinion and thats fine. I feel a good dose of caffeine before a training session isn't the end of the world. I see people slam beer all weekend and don't think twice. Alcohol is straight poison but it's "socially acceptable". BBers are probably among the last to be preaching about "health".
In many older studies the dose studied for performance enhancement was just under 400mg. I believe around 356 or 365... something in that area.

I always felt stimulants induce stress which constrict arteries & veins making the heart work harder.
I always work out better when I feel relaxed; use the stationary & stretching to warm up and pumped
for a lifting session BUT everybody is different & by sales of pre workout supps I'm probably in a minority.

According to my research, 95% of people that have taken 400mg of caffeine have died from: caffeine toxicity, accidentally ran over by my car, or other causes.
    95 fucking percent.

The other 5% never came back.

    It's practically a death sentence.

Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults.
