    Default Look like a tear?

Something went wrong on Tuesday during a light bench workout. Something like a pop can crunching in my chest.

Limited range of motion the night of, moderate pain, discomfort sleeping.

Has gotten less painful day by day but a golf ball sized swelling occurred no bruising. Range of motion improved daily.

Just was outside watering the grass, I think bundling the hose after pushed some blood around now I have some bruising.

Looks like a small tear? Tried to attach photos in Tapatalk, hopefully it works.Resized_20170825_111150.jpgResized_20170825_111143.jpg

    Hard to tell.
Are you going to see a doctor?

I'd say very small tear at most. I wouldn't be too concerned with it. I tore my pec 4 years ago and it was horrible. I had bruising all down my arm. You will be good

Yea I've seen some pictures of crazy shit so I'm very happy it's not like yours. Apparently if you have a 5% tear or less only takes a month or so to heal. I'll see what the doc says, I'm sure I'll be sent for ultrasounds

Doctor said it was a tear, have to get an ultrasound to see how bad. Doc said I'm pretty lucky with how small he thinks it is

Good luck with the ultrasound . With any luck it's a minor thing and you will be fine

Thanks, that's what I'm hoping. It hasn't messed up my symmetry to my eye, the doctor said he come feel a difference but the fact that I can't see it makes me feel optimistic
