I alwasy liked those Stephen King adapted movies, even the stinkers

I found Silver Bullet was spooky, especially the part where he is on the bridge at night lighting the fireworks. For some reason, most def because I grew up during the seventies to mid eights in a rural area in South western quebec by the usa border(same place all those phony refugees are crossing right now into canada, anything in the dark countryside to this day scares me lol

IT and the Stand were good mini series for their time as well. Tim Curry was scary as fuck, the book was too.

also Christine made by the great John Carpenter

speaking of that are I grew up in, a few miles up the hill from us was an old insane asylum, they closed it 30 years ago, some real horros went on there back then, spooky place

Fast forward for the video footage at 16 minutes

A old closed down children's insane asylum closed in the early 90's this place was known as the Canadian Holocaust I took these pictures of Dorea almost 5 years ago. The story on Dorea is that there was a group of staff experimenting on children that either got hurt or died. The rumor is that the kids killed the staffing and themselves the main doctor took his own life after all of this happened so this is what I got from all of this. the camera says 2005 but it was a wrong camera setting the pictures are not tampered with what you see is what you get so please leave back your feed back don't forget to like and subscribe you can come with us on our adventures searching for the paranormal new members always welcomed you can contact us by email at paranormaltrackers@hotmail.ca or fb trackers crew/twitter trackers crew.

My bad. I meant, "how many llamas?"
Didn't make sense without the question mark.

Also; You're king of bodybuilding for a year. What top 5 rule changes do you make and why?

Hey Ron. Something a little off topic... any idea or inside scoop about the Amatuer Olympia? The website simply says event order and time tbd? It would be nice to know the start time since it's less than two weeks away. Thank you for your time.

If that's all the info on the official web site, that's all I would have. MD Latino is going to be covering that this year.

    LOL, I'm not going there...

Ok first off the recent contest interviews remind me of what competing is all about.
The trials and tribulations of trying to perfect your body, is timeless.

I've given my opinion on bikini and MPD , and it's here to stay, so I have a serious question.
I never understood what the actual criteria is for judging bikini. 100% serious.
Obviously I was a judge for many years and have read the vague criteria.

I think we'd all enjoy watching those divisions compete IF we better understood why/how the judges pick it.
I understand bodybuilding and figure criteria and in all modesty felt I was a competent judge .
I'm clueless about judging MPD and bikini.
I suspect I'm not the only meathead who feels like this.

    Thanks!

    Next Ron line? date?

I remember Nasser saying he felt the real key in promoting bodybuilding was hyping "match-ups".
He was 100% right about that.
It really produces a lot of interest when 2 great teams meet for a major championship.
Boxing and MMA has always exploited this concept to the max.

As for my original topic question, let me simply add this:
It's tough to get pumped seeing bikini or MPD comparisons, when you're clueless on the criteria.

I don't want to sound negative, but I talked to a couple national judges when MPD was getting started.
The main reason for MPD was to get more guys to compete with their bikini gf's or wives.
Bikini and later MPD judging standards were intended to be vague and general.
Again, I was actually told, the main goal of bikini and MPD was to increase entrants in contests.

With 800-900+ entrants now at national shows with $350 per entrant, I think I already know the answer about the judging criteria on this.
I saw a star, reached for it...and MISSED

NA had 1,360 competitors, probably a good 1/3 of whom crossed over into Masters
