Didn't Paul Dillett show up late for a meeting or something at the 1991 show, and said something cocky like "go talk to Joe Weider", if you want to know why I was late, or something to that affect? So they gave the title to Ray McNeil, which was an absolute travesty!! Too bad Paul was from Canada because he would of won any of the US pro qualifiers in 1991 & 1992!!!

As impressive as he was from the front, Paul Dillett was disappointing from the back.
Plus, he couldn't pose effectively and rarely showed his best on stage when it counted.
I saw a star, reached for it...and MISSED

But that does not have much relationship with the post that you quote.
