I don't think BMC could make 175 if you took all the weed dried up for a year.

Even natty AF I could not get to 182
I feel your pain Ron. Spinal issues from college football and a 30mph mountain bike crash.

So do they check their heights at weigh ins? Breon lists his height at 5'7 on his web site and well..

I have always wondered. ....for Bodybuilding when you miss weight they just bump you up a class and you are the lightest heavyweight.
What happens when you miss weight on classic ? Are you just shit out of luck?

Ron, ask Jose what happens when you get to a 212 contest but just cannot make weight? Are you just a spectator then? I don't think you can bump to open? Thanks

P.s. Ron, you know how people love to cheat? I was thinking last night whether you could discreetly tape something to the soles of your feet to make yourself a half an inch taller or so.

If you miss weight on Classic, you can either go home or throw on some bb trunks and compete in that division. Same thing with 212. They don't make weight, they are out. Never heard of one going into Open. Most pro shows have only Open or 212, not both. Not sure if that's ever happened?

BMC looses 1 pound every time he sees a cop car drive past!

I'm aware of what your earlier years looked like. You aren't contest level conditioning in that picture. 22 years at peak natural test versus now in your 40s natural. Big difference.

But you know far more than me. I don't know anyone at 5'7" who is natural at 189lbs contest lean. Don't think any true naturals can at that height either.
