When researchers directly measured protein synthesis in the muscle, they found that eating foods that consisted of nutrient and protein-dense food stimulates muscle anabolism, compared to foods that only consist of protein.
I wonder if also it would be better to drink whole milk (as long as the milk is real organic milk) instead of a whey shake.

THAT and the ability to digest and assimilate all the amino acids/proteins .

I'm gonna switch from egg beaters to organic whole eggs and see if it helps.

Lol bunch of fucktards that they are.

egg yolks also are one of the best sources of dietary vitamin k2 which is in widespread deficit in the western diet and acts as a substrate for proteins that regulate calcium distribution preventing the calcification of arteries and development of osteoporosis.

agree the AHA are absolute muppets who will negatively impact your health. As you say yolks have great health benefits and yes they contain cholesterol but cholesterol from food doesn’t necessarily raise your body’s cholesterol levels. It’s all the sugary foods that are AHA approved that screw them up.

to repeat what I said in another thread... do NOT listen to the AHA. They have an agenda and it’s not your health.

It's amazing that with all talk of calcium and vitamin D3 consumption there is almost NO talk about the inclusion of K2!

Yeah it is mate, rarely hear anything, especially considering there’s so few good dietary sources and many are deficient.

It it because of your recommendation last year (or longer ago) that I began including K2 with my D3 intake!

Currently Im eating 8 yolks a day, and increasing.

Despite the caloric increase, I do not see an excess of body fat but a lot more fullness and energy. Keeping a few cardio sessions in the off season also helps.

I keep over 20 free range chickens at home. I get about 20-30 eggs a day depending on the time of year. Best eggs ever.
