    Good stuff and I'm going to give it a shot for 30 min after workouts now, 3-4 days week.
    If nothing else, it's been cold , plus it might be good for my overall health.
    I saw a star, reached for it...and MISSED

    Great for muscle growth/recovery.
    I do this 2 x 30minutes every week.

    only thing that bugs me is when people want to chat to you. Ha. I really like to be super relaxed.

    I remember the first and only time I had a sauna.

    I'm not joking here but I..

    Felt too hot so thought that putting MORE water on the stones would cool it down in there!

    Ha ha, what a doofus eh? It creates more steam and MORE heat! After the fourth lot of water I poured on I said "oh sod this, too hot man!"

    I haven't always been the handsome genius I am today you know...no sir.
