Creaky shoulders or not, you're still pushing some decent weight.

Thanks, not easy when you had left shoulder rotator cuff issues, and severe right shoulder separation football injury..

battle scars still linger and a reminder to be extra careful at our ages when trying to lift heavy or going for PR's.

Good job on the presses. Reminds me of the form big Lou used during Pumping Iron.
Don't take this wrong, but, I'd enjoy training with you and a couple or other regulars in this thread.
LOL, I'm not too weird or lonely but it would be cool to hit the iron with some other "mature lifters".

    I feel your (shoulder) pain...literally.
I looked up some effective shoulder stretches and am now (finally) doing them. I have osteoarthritis in the right one.

Oh, well I'm gonna get my fat ass on the basement treadmill and try to last for an hr...or die trying .

lol, yeah, that clip was memorable.. "I'm not satisfied, put 10 more on each side, I wanna beat him, ARNOLD, ARNOLD, ARNOLD!!"

Had training session with two old training buddies that I re-united with after years not seeing them.. reminiscing on the good old days of training, eating, beach, movies, going out picking up girls..

This was ages ago of course.. now it's all about Instagram, FB, YouTube..

FYI- Madonna just celebrated her birthday, 60 yrs old! fark! Like a Virgin, touched for the very first time.. la la la.. she's long past virgin, more like dried up prune now lol..

Yup Dave, you reminded me of big Louie pumping delts. 100% serious.
I'm about the same age as Madonna (different Birth-day/month but same year).

Yup, time marches on and technology changes social interaction.
But, hey now, we're all exchanging posts and talking shop on this internet forum!
Plus, I found this awesome video clip of the over 60 classic bodybuilders.
I'm very inspired and motivated to look more like them.

Struggling with diet, but cranking it. Sleep is lucky if I get 2-3 hrs a night. Three weeks more diet. Don't intend getting as fat again, but food tastes so good.
