Yes. Really. I was kind of shocked too, but that's what's reported in the literature.

Nolotil is frequently used as a site injection for the past few years. Nolotil is an analgesic (pain relief medication) and is banned in the United States and many other countries because of potential toxicities. Some claim that it is a prostaglandin, or prostaglandin agonist - untrue!

It's actually a prostaglandin inhibitor like non-steroidal anti-inflammatories. It blocks the cyclooxygenase pathway of prostaglandin synthesis-inhibiting prostaglandin E2 and prostaglandin F2 (PG-F2) is required for protein synthesis.

The cosmetic effect of Nolotil is water retention in the muscle creating a "muscle fullness effect." Injecting drugs such as nolotil into the muscle like other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is not desirable. It inhibits protein synthesis, muscle repair, and recuperation.

There are several male Bodybuilders who have funky Kim Kardashian ass ' s due to too many high glute shots.

The article says there is no such thing in Bodybuilding?

I had some pretty big lumps from accumulated scar tissue in the upper outer quadrants of my glutes. After a few years and many deep tissue sessions, they are almost gone.
