    I agree, I also don't know a lot of hardgainers... And I'm also not!
    Most people I know can eat 2500-3500 and getting "fat" if they don't take care, regular office guys with a normal job, life and family

    Also the toppic on rep ranges for different muscle groups is something that I experienced.

    My arms, shoulders and chest respond better to high reps (15-30) and lower weight, Back response very good to low reps (6-10) and heavy weights .. and legs .... they need heavy sets for 20 reps to grow
    Changing your daily training routine can help a lot if your ego allow it

    I'm in my early 30s and hope I can make some more gains
