    Wow!
    Great interview Ron!
Thank you for adding my question about Q10. The answer of the Doc is even more then I hoped for.
    Thanks again!

You are most welcome, glad you are enjoying the show! I am very grateful Dr. O'Connor takes the time every week to do it.

    Dear Anabolic Doc.
A few days ago, my blood pressure was 165/60 in the morning. I thought this was high, so I took 10mg lisinopril before leg day and cardio. When I got home, I thought I was about to pass out. I took my BP and it was at 114/40. This would put my MAP (mean arterial pressure) dangerously low at 64. I don't want my blood pressure to be dangerously low or high. IT has been as high as 187/67 recently. What can I do to keep systolic low, without tanking diastolic? Thank you.

I'm not a doctor but i am a cardiac sonographer so i'm VERY familiar with anything cardiac lol, why would you take Lisinopril in the first place?(i mean is it prescribed to you for a specific reason?)
