Finished 5th in my first show a few weeks ago and now I'm approaching my second in a little under two weeks. Would like to tinker a little bit and come in a little tighter than last time. So I was wondering what do you guys usually cut out of your diet including supplements one week out? Do any of you guys ever cut out BCAA's? I know some guys cut out pre workouts and fat burners and some use them the week of the show. Do you guys cut out black coffee? I have heard of some real strict prep coaches cutting these three things out while some continue to use them before they go to check in.
