Anyone have pain here? In all my years I never have. A few weeks back I was on a flat bench with warmup weight on the bar an I felt a pop in my chest and it hurt like hell. I tried to work through it but stopped. That day I thought I broke my collar bone. The pain radiated all the way to the back of my shoulder blade. I avoided pressing, somehow behind the neck shoulder presses did not hurt at all and it seems to be tolerable to train around but is still sore every morning before warming it up. I am thinking I had a quick dislocation/relocation
