Thanks! I don't know if I want to live to be 110 like the Doc, but 75 or so sounds good to me!

I am still pissed that the fat guys I know who don't workout have a friggen ZERO (no heart disease) score, while I have a 78 despite working out 6x per week, eat well, and do cardio 7x per week. One dude is 54, never worked out, and his hobby is traveling the nation doing YouTube reviews of the nations best hot dog restaurants....dude got a friggen ZERO. I truly believe, it is 100% genetics. However, if you have the bad gene, you can speed it up by an unhealthy lifestyle. If you have the good gene....party up! Smoke, drink, bacon, hot dogs, roids, etc. do it all! Unfortunately, cancer will prob get ya, but it won't be the #1 killer, heart attack.

TRT only, under Doctor care. Never "illegal" stuff.

    I see. That's good.
This calcium score is not everything. That fat guy can also have a heart attack. http://scarysymptoms.com/2013/02/can...ase-if-calciu/
And if both of you will have a heart attack, you have bigger chance to survive it. https://www.menshealth.com/health/a1...-heart-attack/
You're doing a good job for your health.
