    Default MD’s website not secure??

That’s what I get when I log in now. Not sure if it’s always been like that, but have never gotten that message before.
I stop me....no one else does.

Nate changed the settings due to the amount of posts by FirePower77.. he now wants to know exactly where you are Derek at all times and will use that information to his advantage

Google has changed their policy about websites without SSL-certificates.

I suggest Muscular Development to start communicating trough HTTPS instead of HTTP.

Then the connection will always be secure.

In a while google starts blacklisting non-HTTPS websites in the ranking order, so I would do it soon

This is what I do for a living, developing and maintaining websites/databases.

    So buy your SSL-certificate soon^^

There are also security/hacker issues related to vBulletin® Version 4.2.3.
The software version that the forum runs on.

I used to be a technical admin for a forum running on that software and I used to get security notifys on 4.2.3 from vBulletin

Unless the admin stays dead on top of security patch install verification with the vendor that maintains the forums then there is a risk.

The admin also needs to verify on a regular basis the security control settings through the admin control panel.

    As to HTTPS.
HTTPS by its-self is no guarantee that a site cannot be attacked, ddos'd, spammed or hacked.
Security is a multilayered defense all the way down to the forum control panel that is accessed by the forum admin.
