yup, Kurt just trains his ass off. One of the most dedicated individuals i know. He's the same way with dieting... just wills himself to get ridiculously shredded. Q. I think I remember you mentioning in your MM thread that you took True Protein's Waxy Maize. I'm been doing some reading on Waxy Maize and Vitargo lately and decided to try the Waxy Maize. I've been using Creatine and dextrose post workout for a couple of years and it may be the cause ( along with maybe too much red meat consumption) of increasing stomach bloat. WM apparently can prevent bloating.
I just ordered it online at True Protein. Can you offer some tips on how you take it? Can I mix it in with my post workout whey protein shake, mix with creatine in a shaker, or should I take it by itself in water? Right now, I mix powdered amino acids and glutamine in with my protein shake.
A. I mix it right into my pwo shake along with whey, creatine, and L-Glutamine. I use 3 scoops on the day I train chest, shoulders, and tri's, and 4 scoops on the days I do back and biceps, and legs. Not sure about the bloating issue.
Layne, please also pass on my props to Kurt. Strong as a damn forklift, and the conditioning he gets into without all the goodies like GH, clen, and T-3 is remarkable!
