    Next - the man with the gnarly veins is Edson Prado from Brazil, living in NY I think? I read that he is Triple H's training partner.

    That killer rear double biceps with all the detail and striations is Dave Henry.

    Whatever Ron is doin..its obviously workin. Legs are arguably Ron's strongest (in development) body parts

    Last shot is the tattoo I got when I returned from that trip. The Kanji characters translate to "Appreciation for what you have been blessed with."

    AVBG, that all depends. My ribcage is pretty big, as are my legs. I could lower the weight a little bit further, but not much.

    I've actually cracked a few ribs going tooooo low with tooo much weight. So I just put my feet wider to bring my legs lower.

    Until very recently, I had been doing my leg presses and hacks with my feet and legs together to emphasize more sweep. Then Dante pointed out to me that I need more inner thigh development. It's come up a lot already in just 5 months of DC Training.

    Anyway, with my feet together it is tough to get a full stretch on the leg press. You also need to be careful with the leg press not to lower too far down. If your tailbone comes off the pad, you can seriously injure your lower back.

    Funny about the ribs - I've heard that before and it's crazy.

    Thanks Wolfman, I agree they have both done some amazing things.
