Next - The pic of Janet and our kids is important. She is far more devoted to being a mom than she is to training or eating. Janet would look even better if she were able to focus more on her body, but that's not where her priorities are. She misses cardio sessions and meals ALL the time.

The side chest is from the 1990 ANBC MA State. I was 20 years old and took something like 12th in the Men's Medium - Tito Raymond took second in my class.

The front double biceps was from the 1995 NPC Ironman Naturally in LA. I took second in the LH's at 181 pounds.

The shot of Nicole is from a shoot she did this past spring with Brian Gibney, same photographer that took all the great pics of Janet.

The 'before' shots of Janet show how heavy she got after having our daughter. At 5-2, she hit a high of 205 when she had Marisa. In those pics, I think she was about 165-170.

Last 3 for now - the car is the first car I ever bought that I really wanted. Prior to it I had been driving a 1993 Honda Civic with 100,000 miles on it, body damage (Janet's doing), a busted radio, and a steering wheel that was taped together. The car had been stolen twice and recovered - the first time, the young thieves (caught driving it the second time) simply got in and drove it away, as the car was running to 'warm up' early one January morning when Janet was going to work. So they had the keys. The second time, we had 'The Club' on the wheel, so they just sawed the wheel apart and took it off. Clever little bastards!

I think I have some more Nicole photos around here somewhere - she too made a real transformation. Unfortunately she doesn't have any good before pics. She was a client of Janet's during Janet's very brief career as a personal trainer, and when she started with Janet in mid-February 2005, she was a very chubby 170 at 5-2 - and she's never had a baby.

I totally agree with you on that, but Janet is not a message board type of person. She's the type that doesn't even check her email every day.

This vid is of me on the cybex hack squat, at the end of the video I say "Doug, Kurt, I'm comin' for you" it's an inside joke to my buddies Kurt Weidner & Doug Miller who are both natural pros i'll be competing against when I start doing pro shows so I guess I'm starting the banter lol. All in good fun.

I'm surprised Janet let you post those pictures. I would have never thought she would have looked like that, but its a tribute that she lost the weight and turned back into a hot "Cuban Missile".
