Great episode Ron! Thanks for asking those questions.
A forum without humor is like a gym without Iron.
I do have a remark about the Jojo effect the doc mentioned.
According to producer Multipharm, the enanthate Ester allows for an injection every 14 days due to the slow absorption of the drug.
Here's a link to the article:

There's a downloadable PDF on that site.
Maybe a good follow up question for the doc?

surprised to see Doc had EQ on the "safe" list but no mention of Deca. No surprise of Tren on the "bad" list.
Besides Test
I would say Mast and Primo the only “safe” steroids as far as not really impacting bloodwork if run at a reasonable dose.. a client of mine who is meticulous about bloodwork Ran 300 Test, 300 primo for 20 weeks. Blood work before the cycle at 6 weeks in, 12 weeks, then again 2 weeks after the cycle and it was perfect. Nothing out of line
Anavar which is considered by most “mild” will crush your HDL and EQ will in most cases jack up Hemoglobin and Hematocrit so i would not put those on the “safe” side

Based on previous posts, it appears... generally speaking, Doc is not a fan of HcG. What if money was not an issue? Fertility was not an issue? Assume a dude simply wants to keep his testes from retracting up into his stomach cavity due to TRT for cosmetic purposes. What is the risk/reward factor with HcG? And is the HcG fat loss fad real? Can you really dump fat from HcG or is that simply a marketing thing for the fake HcG diets out there? Does HcG negatively impact cardiovascular conditions?
low carbs all day expect peri workout, where you consume the majority of them, including simple sugars.
is this stategy best for bodybuilding and for general health?
