    Shallow abs.. I wonder how often he train abs. Every pro who had great abs was training them like every training.. Stretching and abs were always together before or after training, but now everybody is lazy to even stretch..

    how come Nasser was 320lbs and had better abs then anyone in the past 30 years minus Hadad and Dexter..

    remember when guys used to do 2000 reps of abs per day, now what the fuck do they do..nobody has any abductors or intercostals, i'm barely seeing a 4 pack on most guys.. Juan used to have good condition with great abs until all that fucking ice cream and pizza caught up to him finally

    Wolf had the epic ab/thigh pose the last 5 years.. Rhoden was good to since it was his best post hiding all his weak parts

    My point is that abs are muscles like others. So this "diet is your exercise for abs" is complete bullshit. Look at skinny kids with abs. Yes "they have" or "you can see their abs" but they look like shit. Abdominal muscles without muscles lol.. Yes with bad genetics you will have shitty abs, but you definitely can improve density, separation and how deep the cuts are.. Like I said nobody is doing abs training after training like Cutler used to do for example and he had great, deep abs..

    nobody is training like Cutler or Colemen used to period...which is why Arnold is canceling everything but the Classic Division

    He gets in great shape and that will always help him against better guys. If he can get those legs up and continue growing, I can see him reaching true freak potential.

    When he improves more his legs and fix his midsection separation/abs definition he will be more dangerous and could brake into top 10 at the O.

    His and do look shallow. Wonder if it's genetic or lack of working them. I always trained abs at the end of every workout.

    this guy has improved like no other but on social media looks like MR olympia ..a tad less impressive come contest time next to other people without filters
    Want to improve day in and day out.
