You guys to check his story out.. hurricane ruined his livelihood, couldn't train, has twin boys he had to take care for. Great family man. IF not for the help of some good friends and sponsor, he'd be retired from the sport.

This is like a Rocky story..

Alexis - Rocky, down on his luck, career over

Sergio being Apollo Creed - instagram shit talker, son of legend.

Underdog Alexis wins it! Rocky Balboa style.

Not a fan of Sergio? lol

He took criticism for Chicago, came in better here and posed better. Fair play to him.

Although I look forward to any insta meltdowns in the coming weeks

His legs were Jay Cutler-ish.. razor sharp. Just needed him to do the Jay stomp.

Great, great battle. Steve had them fighting it out to the last drop of sweat.

It will be worth revisiting, but Alexis wasn't as sharp at Vancouver and Lucas had a much better back.

the guy being compared to Sergio was way sharper and his presentation was on point, always keeping everything tight.
Sergio is good and is probably going to be even better, he needs to work on his posing though(and holding his poses)this includes his transitions.

After his NYP win last yr, I went up to him and spoke to him and told him how I was at the '84 O when your dad picked you up and said "this right here, is the next mit." He was so humbled, shook my hand and said "I appreciate that."

Then it went to his head, and started bragging, showing off NYP ring, then the ranting on IG and calling ppl out as I started following his IG.. lost a little respect for him since then. Glad he's finally seeing the light and getting back to being humble and professional.
