On the back of Mr Edwards suggestion, what about yourself.

Can recall the muscle mag days with bob Kennedy and the likes of Johnny fitness and Don Ross, your writing stood out.

Without pissing in your pocket you provided signiant guidance and motivation for my own training with your articles.

Be good to see you one day at the Arnold Australia, you'd like Doherty's to train and the Australian supporters of bodybuilding are the best in the world.

    Ron,
Just like me you're an older guy.

While the big '50' is creeping up on you, what do you fear the most?
Do you actually feel the years climbing or do you agree that it's all between one's ears?
Do you change your training regimen and diet now you're getting older?
In your opinion, what are the most important things to take into account for a lifter who's dealing with the inevitable climbing of the years?
A forum without humor is like a gym without Iron.

Your opinion on online coaches in regular?
Can it be beneficial to get one involved in your training and nutrition even when you are already experienced?

For me its "Getting out of comfort zone" VS "no magic trick" hope you know what I mean

I don't think he's been around the sport at all for a long time now - I did know him back in the day

    Hi Ron,

Not posted questions for awhile but here are a few:

    1. Now the Olympia lineup is known who do you have placing 1-65 in the Open and 212?
    2. You have now done over 100 Ronline interviews, who has been your favourite and who is top of your list for 'must' interview?
    3. Have you ever tried to get Arnold to do a Ronline?
    4. Do you watch the other bodybuilding output from channels like Nicks Power and RX? What do you think of them?
    5. Would you like to own your own gym and , if so, what type of gym would it be?

He has an Instagram. He is still training, and was supposed to be entering the North Americans this year. Still looking big.
