Default Lee Labrada Interview on the Bodybuilding Legends Show

I had a great interview with Bodybuilding Legend Lee Labrada for the Bodybuilding Legends Show. Lee talks about starting bodybuilding and winning the 1985 NPC Nationals and IFBB Mr. Universe at 25 years old and also competing in the Mr. Olympia in 1987 and 1988 in Part One of the interview -

Lee’s 1991 Olympia routine, possibly the greatest posing routine ever.

He mentioned it a little but we mostly talked about his competition career from the beginning until his retirement in 1995.

i would think he would back it having one of the most classical and epic mustaches to ever grace a stage

Oh yes, I'm sure Lee is totally in favor of it. Hopefully, we will see more competitors creating innovative and artistic posing routines like Lee and Makkawy. I think we already are seeing that with Zane Watson and Terrence Ruffin.

Thank you, I loved watching his posing routines from the '87 and '88 Olympias. I forgot just how great of a poser Lee was.

That would be truly awesome! I'm hoping Breon comes up with a great routine this year at the Olympia.

Used to love watching him pose. Just phenomenal. Truly class guy and incredible what he was able to do on the biggest stage against some of the best to ever do it.
