Great video, a very rare form of training.

Conditioning is insane, I wonder if he ever does some kind of off season, he will increase 5 pounds over his contest weight? Does anyone know how much cardio he does and his nutrition plan? I imagine he have a sups stack similar to Munzer.

Seldom can you be so sure that an athlete is not using any type of SEO, his muscle looks pure. The only strange thing is that your abdomen does not look sharp.

Unlike most, it's sure that he will not have a peak week, lol.

He reminds me of Michael Kefalionos(sp) but with better symmetry. Minus the anal pile driving video of course.

I saw him post his foodschedule between his last competition and the start of the olympia prep, this guy has a out of this world metabolism.

I love seeing outside the box training techniques. This guy could be the MOST unique I have seen. Doing 2 reps in preacher curls for example. Wow. The other guy I that caught my attention was Maxx Charles. I saw him doing really heavy weights but extreme partials. But this dude surpasses even Charles when it comes to "outside the box." It goes to prove my adage, there are more ways to skin a cat. Something tells me there is a superior way to build muscle that has never even been explored yet.
