Narrow clavicle and wide hips. Brandon has a crazy taper. As it stands now Brandon only worries are Rhoden, Roelly and Ramy version 2.0 with Neill Hill

I dont know about Ramys future,he allowed his quads & waist to grow too much.He needs to be 290 lbs ripped to the bone on stage to be dangerous again.

If he cuts back on quad training and forgets the size game he will be dangerous

you seem depressed my friend, now is the time to pump up the Big Ramy hype train..did someone take over your cocaine selling business? your not the same Alito drooling over the massive Big Ramy yet supporting some small weed smoking and cereal eating guy like Rhoden?

i would rather see Flex Lewis win the open Olympia when he returns far better and more interesting, a great story as he is probably one
of the best ambassadors the sport has seen.it was great to see rhoden win though a rather boring Mr Olympia

Flex Lewis or Beyeke could of won this Arnolds Classic for sure.. Nathan DeAsha also had a high chance also to really challenge Curry..
Curry has great shape but he is not mind blowing, a big man can take him down

Yes, but Nathan can still have something to say within this group.

if Nathan could improve his posing he would vault into the top 3 and pass Bonac.. William seems to have hit his peak

I dont think so. I dont want to ride the old Ramy hype but he will win it I think. Rhoden Bonac and Curry will be a toss up after that and Roelly 5th.

There are 4 or 5 guys who could win if they dial it in 100%. If they all mess up then Bonac wins by default

Derek needs to think about going into the open and hiring a prep coach like Aceto.

Nothing epic about being a 212 guy unless you're 5'4" or shorter.

    relax relax relax ,,,
derik lusfurd has a plan win 3 straight 212 titles , then go out and smoke hadi in korea ( just so there will be no talking coif what if bla bla bla )
Then once phil heath has retired he shall go to the open .
but he is only 25,good time .
he will master the art of peak and then top 5 at the olympia .

look at this routine , very very very elegant
