    I'm so glad that Lunsford has a bit of class (that's how he came across on Global Mr) as the loss of Flex and Jose leaves a big hole.

    I'd love Kamal to nail it though.

    I wish I had a good training partner. I think my physique would be noticeably better. 99.9% of my training time has been by myself or grabbing a spot from a rando if needed. However with a good training partner I think you can hit failure more often because you trust them and you push each other. I try to hit failure but I know on certain lifts I may leave a rep in the tank simply because I dont want to risk unneeded injury.

    A good training partner is invaluable. ​Tough to find however.
