    thanks again
When you train 4 to 5 hours a day, you will never have cholesterol problems. Exactly, I eat when my body ask me to.
I was an artist before to be a body builder, that mean i train first for myself, to please me and not the judges, it is why I competed only 13 times in my entire life. So I will not change a thing.

He thought you were asking him what steroids are, but it was a misunderstanding because you can't know all the meanings of the english slang words since you live in France. Don't feel bad, my brother didn't know what "gear" means either and he's from Montana. You're not alone. lol.

I think that "gear" is a new slang term for "steroids." I hope I'm not wrong but someone can feel free to correct me. I've heard "juice" as a word for steroids before, but I heard "gear" the first time about a month or so ago. But I don't think they say it in a magazine or on television yet. In the context of the sentence, that's what I thought is was. But maybe it's exercise equipment and I'm all wrong. lol.

Thanks for taking the time with us, Serge. You look amazing. Love you, Man.

No Serge, it was just a misunderstanding. You don't have to do anything different. You are perfect just the way you are.

That's true, but maybe we don't die after all, we go where the time does not existe.

My father knew Serge very well 25 years ago so I will ask a few questions that my Dad has told me my entire life about Serge.

What was your exact height in the 70's, in contest shape what was your cold upper arm measurement and waist was your normal waist. Also what was your best barbell incline press for 15 reps...

I though that you said that your father new me very well, I am sure that he told you already about all that.

Any way, my height was 1,80 meter,
My col upper arm about 52 cm
My wait was about 73 cm, I never took it when I was normal, but not a big difference because I never put a lot of weight, because I was guest posing a lot, and I had my own gym, so I had to stay in shape at least for my clents.
I don't know about my best incline barbell press. That is your father favorit exercice?...

Serge, I did not realize you and I are the same height... perhaps you can shed some light on this subject... tall bodybuilders with long legs... did you have a hard time developing your legs?? What was your secret? Higher reps? Specialized movements?? Please sir, share your wisdom.

My training partner has the same problem, for him it was deep squats and supersets, weight wasn't really a factor he would do like 225 for 30 reps! then jump on the leg extension and blast them away for another 30 reps.

Dont mean to be nosy brother just figured id give u the 411 from my experiences

    This is not Serge

And Serge never had any legs so asking him is not really a good idea.
