    Class act both of them. My first show was the 2007 METS as well. I spoke with William back stage and stood on the podium with him at the end. Super nice guy. Jon is young and has a great future ahead of him. Best of luck to both of these gentlemen of the sport.

    awesome bro congrats the chest press machine u use in part 2 is an awesome machine.. my gym doesnt have it but whenever i go someplace that doesi def use it

    I can't think of anything nicer than having you dad as your partner. John, you are very lucky bro, I lost my dad at thirteen, and I can,t imagine how cool that must be. God Bless you guys.
