Thread: New Routine?

    Default New Routine?

    Alright i have been using this routine for te past 4 month:

    Sat: Chest/Tris
    Sun: Back/ Bis
    Tue: Delts/ Tri
    Wed: Legs
    thur and fri off

    worked well increased my delts, triceps and calf but my chest got worse and my back stopped getting width (if that makes sence)
    looking for a new routine to hit muscle harder,

    looking for any suggestions.
