    monday.. Back and tri light
    tuesday.. chest and bi light
    wed....... Rear legs and fore arms
    thur....... morning cardio after noon Abs and cardio
    friday..... shoulder ...bi heavy- tri heavy
    saturday. front legs...
    sunday... off

    off season schedule...

    For some sort period 2x week but mostly 1 x week.

    I'm usually too sore to train anything more than once per week. I also don't like doing 2 muscles back to back ie. chest and triceps because the latter muscle always seems to gett neglected. I do do double sessions a lot of times though which I enjoy.

Not trying to offend any one but any REAL body builder would know that muscle growth is the greatest when sleeping or so called rest time (min of 8hrs everynight) One time per week is optimal and make sure your eating enough and aquiring enough BCAA aswell (Since these are the building blocks to muscle synthesis.)

    Nothing can ever be completely wrong when you talking about bodybuilding. Layne Norton is a natty pro who hits everything 2x a week and is stronger then most IFBB pros. Saying 1x a week is optimal is complete non sense. everyones body is different, 1x a week might be optimal for one person but might be undertraining for another. thats right i said "undertraining"

    Since i train 6 days per week and a bodypart per session, so each week a different bodypart is trained twice and the rest 4 once. I too believe that i should give my bodyparts some days to rest.

    Monday: Chest And Tris
    Tuesday: Legs and Shoulders
    Wenesday: Back and Bis
    Thursday is a toss up between day off or Repeating. Depends on how i feel.

    once a week. you gotta be careful and give your bodypart you trained time to recover so it can grow. if you dont give it at least 5 days before you hit it again then your not really gonna see much improvement on that body part.

    for some reason I feel that once a week is not enough cause I feel my muscles shrink. I also believe that working each muscles up to three times per week would be better

    I personally train each body part once a week in the gym...I have some stuff at home eg bench, bars ect and tend to mess around with them twice a week maybe on a day i am not at the gym but keep it fairly light weights just to get a pump and some blood in the muscle....then Sat Sun off

    used to train each part 1 time every 5 days. Now it's 1 time every 7.
