    i go hard once a week but do legs twice, spaced out because i loooooooove sexy legs and a plump booty

    1x a week for everything, but doing a second day of low volume and very high reps for delts and biceps. I figure why not try something new.

If you can instead just focus on keeping the current body you have, you won't be as tempted to throw in the towel when you find that you just aren't making gains.The season is busy, without a doubt, and to expect yourself to continue to make ongoing gains like you do the rest of the year will be a very unrealistic expectation for most people.If you have this expectation in mind though then when you do find you're not reaching it, you're very likely to grow frustrated and may give up altogether. If you're someone who suffers from black and white thinking, this is going to place you in a very troublesome situation.

    All this time I was training each bodypart once a week but from today I started 2 times per week each bodypart (upper lower split), to see if i make better results

    Once a week, sometimes once every 6 days. I try to keep my chest to once a week for sure though or else I start getting some weird pains where it ties in with the shoulder.

    Cool post, so late to the show. I normally workout the bodypart once a week, but stubborn ones at times twice, when I am in bulk phase.

    Compound exercises twice a week. Chest, back, legs, no arms and sprinkle in a little shoulder on 2nd leg day

    Hi,

    What are Your the best and fave Split Routines while off-season or when you're cutting? I don't mean about exercises etc. Only about how many days a week you train, how you are split Your body and something like.

    I go to bulk now before holiday's cutting and i want to try something like that:

    Mon. Legs
    Tue. Chest
    Wed. Back
    Thu. OFF
    Fri. Arms
    Sat. Shoulders
    Sun. Repeat

    Only one day OFF in week.

    How about Your's routine?

    I need some suggestions, I am currently doing Bi's/shoulders, Chest/Tri's, Back on it's own day. If I really want to hit my shoulders hard should I do them on their own day like I do with Back? What about the other muscle groups?
