Hi Troy Wally here new to the forum over in Ireland
Question for you is this Im 27 did a show last september however when i went back to the gym my shoulder injury flared up again and this has had me out of training for 4months. I am going to get a cortizone injection to kill the nerve under x-ray supervision been waiting nearly 5 years for it.
To get back on point ive been back training three wks and currently weigh 238lbs last september I competed at 189lbs so as you can guess I have gained quite a bit of bodyfat. Myoverall shape still isnt too bad but my mid section is huge. I was thinking of going back on a course now but I was wondering if I should do cardio and carb cycling first to get my bf back down or can I combine a course with cardio if I am going to compete this year I will have to be back on my diet by the 1st wk of june.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
