    Some of my Best Lifts
    Leg press 1400 lbs x 5 reps, So far
    Bicep curl 75lb x 3 reps 1 arm
    Tricep overhead extension 100 lb s x 10
    Bench w dumbbells 100 lbs x 10 w/ a partner close by
    Dead lifts 495 lb x 5 reps
    Shrugs 125 lb with db at 10 reps
    Best body part - lats
    Least body part - calves
    Favorite exercise; alternate db curls
    Least favorite exercise - lunges

    I am unsure if its been asked

    but,

    Do you ever offer In The Trenches to the avg gym goer? Maybe someone with potential? Someone who isnt competing but is in great shape?

    I would like to see non Pro's or Ameteur training as well, MD STYLE! or have a contest to give the winner a Day in the Life of series!

    I want to see Grigori Atoyan work out and nutrition since he won a Pro card in the Super Heavyweights at the NPC USA this week.
    1st place at the MW class at the NPC Tim Gardner Extravaganza Tampa, FL.

    i swear i could just sit here and watch any IFBB pro, doing random choirs, cooking, eating, training especially.. but just watch a pro there something about it, regardless of whats actually happiening.

    Teen and young guys training would be better watch. Some of the young guns coming up in the sport.. Cody Lewis, Jonathan Irizarry, Jody Westby-Hanalei, Uriah McGhee.... etc etc
