    Those stage pics were the leanest thus far. I do think I can take it further. I'm not sure if it's a matter of lowering calories further, once you get past a certain point you teeter on the edge of sacrificing a little more definition for a LOT of fullness & muscularity. I think much of it has to do with the fact that i'm relatively young (25, 24 in the pics) and people tend to gain a 'harder' look when they are older and each successive time they get to condition condition. Part of it is also just seeing what is possible and having something to shoot for, otherwise you fall well short of your potential. After seeing what Brian Whitacre, Kurt Weidner, & Alun Davis can do, it gives me something to shoot for

    John buys his clothes from burlington coat factory and good will. That is the only place i have ever seen clothes like that!

    Yeah, but the swimmer's hat is truly unique. I want to get one of those glowing hats with matching goggles but I can't seem to find them anywhere.
